Submitting an inquiry
When you send an inquiry, Medray stores your name, email address, company, phone number, delivery destination, product interest, and message in its Google Cloud database. A submission time and reference number are stored with your request.
Using your information
Medray uses these details to respond to your inquiry and coordinate product or quotation support. Authorized team members can access the records. The public website does not provide access to stored contact details or inquiries.
Submission controls
The website uses a request reference to avoid duplicate saves when you retry a submission, and submission counts to limit spam. Email addresses entered into the form are self-reported and are not verified by the form.
Security checks
The contact and inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. Google processes browser and device information for this security check. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Medray does not store reCAPTCHA response tokens with your inquiry.
External services
Phone, email, and WhatsApp links open the corresponding application or external service. Those services handle your information under their own policies.
